Dispatch and delivery update due to Coronavirus situation

Warehouse Dispatch

Due to the Coronavirus situation we are currently experiencing high volumes of orders going through our warehouse. To help meet demand while looking after the health and wellbeing of our warehouse staff, we are making a temporary change to the cut off time for same day dispatch of your orders:

  • For same day dispatch, orders must be placed by 10.45am
  • Orders placed after 10.45am will be processed and dispatched the following day


Rotra, our haulier partner for pallets and odd size orders, is taking necessary measures to protect its staff and customers. This means that lorries will only run on weekdays and there will be no double drivers. Therefore, please allow an additional 2 days for your order to be delivered once it has been dispatched from the warehouse.

UPS is continuing to deliver parcels as normal, however please allow an additional day for delivery once the order has been dispatched due to increased customs checks.
